Our Human Resource solutions, provide you with peace of mind and vital business resources. Our work with your company is completely customized: from start date and scope of project, to the speed of work and choice of billing arrangements. Our human resource solutions cater to your unique business needs and position you for maximum productivity.
We are committed to stay on top of emerging laws and changes that would affect our clients and/or HRC. We are open to innovative ideas from outside leaders, clients and our co-workers on how we approach situations – even those that are familiar to us as we realize we can learn something in all experiences. We strive to make the best educated decision on issues we are approached on. And we realize that if we don’t know an answer, it is okay to say so. We will then use our resources to get an answer. Guessing in any situation is not an option for us. And we will look at any mistake or error made merely as a teaching moment for next time.
We know that alone we can do anything, but together we can do everything. We will seek out ways to help our fellow co-workers complete their work on time and efficiently. If we have completed all of our tasks, we will ask others how we can help them with their tasks. Our goal as a team is to complete projects for our clients at a 100% accuracy, delivered early and/or on time. This level of service can only happen with collaborative support by the team.
We work passionately for our clients, our team and ourselves. We know that what we do makes a difference in people’s lives. However, we will not allow passion for our clients to override our personal peace. We are as passionate about our family as our job and we realize that for our team, there are days that one comes before the other and vice versa. And that is okay.
We will work on our client accounts as if they are the only client we have and as if we are the owner of the business. We realize that we are the face of HRC when we are at work or when we are working on projects for our clients. We are responsible for our actions and outcomes and own everything that takes place in our work and our life. When dealing with clients, we keep in our mind any potential liability for not only our client but also for HRC. In addition, we will treat every client with the utmost respect and regard to maintain the extraordinary reputation HRC has.
We have a balanced approach to life. We know that our spiritual/religious, social, physical and family aspects of life are just as important as our financial, intellectual and work life. We complete our work and our most important tasks first, so we can have quality time to ourselves. We realize that we can only do the best we can do and sometimes that has to be enough, not only for our clients, but with each other. As important as HRC and our jobs are, without our mental and physical health, we cannot be effective. We will communicate with our team when we feel overwhelmed (either personally or professionally), so the team is able to assist each other.
In our dealings with co-workers, clients, and vendors we will approach them as the people they are - considering their feelings, their backstory and any current challenge they face. Our number one mode of communication with clients will be by phone or in person using email or text as a last resort, or to convey detailed information. When asked for or needed, we will encourage our clients and co-workers to take a breath or a break knowing that HR can cause elevated levels of stress. Our team helps each other remain grounded and inspired. Laughing and having fun while we work is not only accepted, it is imperative to our success and that of our clients. Our goal is to maintain and develop long term relationships with each other and our clients.
Most importantly, we know that we can’t make a difference in anyone’s life if we first haven’t made a difference in our own and our families. As HR professionals, we believe we improve our community by helping companies build better businesses by leveraging our expertise with regards to their employee issues. We support our community and HRC by volunteering our time, talents, and treasure in areas we feel led.
We challenge ourselves in our thoughts and actions to create the best outcome for our clients and for ourselves. This sometimes means letting go of traditional thinking and allowing creative problem solving to happen. We are thoughtful, levelheaded and open to new perspectives even if they are different from ours.
We will continue to elevate, expand, and grow HRC into a national company and international company. We will do this by recruiting new business HR business partners in other states and countries. We will continue to develop our knowledge of other states labor laws and best practices. And we will grow our business by securing speaking engagements outside of our current sphere of influence.
We will stand our ground when we need to stand our ground. We will see gray when we are able to see gray. We will balance the needs of the company with the needs of the employees to have the best outcome for both parties. We are experienced leaders. We realize that if we don’t know the answer to a question, we can say so and research it to find the answer. Guessing is not an option. We are confidential in all our dealings with HRC’s clients which helps promote trust.
We know that some clients may not move at the speed at which we think they should, but we will not give up on helping them achieve their best. We will not make assumptions. We will over communicate information so that lack of follow-through cannot be said about HRC. And we will treat each project or task with a sense of urgency based on our priorities. If we are procrastinating on a task, we will ask for assistance from our co-workers so that we do not miss deadlines.
When we are working on a task or project, we focus our thoughts, energy and attention on the successful outcome of whatever we are doing. We know that multi-tasking creates errors and stress for our intellect. We are disciplined in our work so our results, growth and accuracy are consistent. We ensure accuracy by following whatever system has been put in place to get a particular task done. We double check all our work because we know anything we say or write is a reflection of our company. Therefore, we have a second set of eyes look at all work that goes out.
